In the meantime any ho's need some gas airplane motors? I only got 26 with only one plane left running gas. I might keep 3-4 but my grandfather hooked me up with his collection and dont need to hold on to them any more. Decommissioned 5 planes so im offically down to 5 that are rtf. Man tech has changed a ton in that relm! Thought my DX7 transmitter was the shit........now its DSMX, luckly they are backwards amd forward compatable with DSM2

Where are you guys buying your stuff? I found most shits coming out of HK nowadays. Went to helipal dot com and they have a ton but shipping is crazy expensive. Hobby king, towerhobbies and horizon is all i remeber anymore. Btw RC forums are dead too. Wattflyer is almost dead and RC groups suck, rc universe is even slow.

I think once the fucker was off the ground I'd be okay, but every time I attained lift off speed, the thing wanted to eat shit and flip over right into the ground.
I got frustrated fixing it and donated it to goodwill.

Lol dude that sounds like my heli experinces, try to spoll it up to trim and the minute it hits the air it was all over. Just a different flying logic. With planes you have glide (on most not all), you get into trouble with a plane you down throttle, helis you up throttle......i just think i dont have a heli flying mind but quads imho are waaaaaay easier

Nice!!!! Let me know when your ready, i have a ton of kits and can make pretty nice flying wongs out of foam insulation board so its nice and cheep to replace.
