I'm in a wise ass mood tonight for some reason. Probably cause I should have been elbows deep in elk guts today but f*cked that up.

Need to locate the wheel weights & chains for the plow setup. The weights are a black plastic filled with concrete looking things, that get bolted to the inside of the real wheels. Buy or recover that seat you might get $5-600, depending on overall mechanical condition. It would make a nice snow removal unit for your place.

Had the follow-up appointment RE: my knee with the integral bloody waterbed. Nothing major damaged that would require surgery. It's a large hematoma about 22cm long and 16.5cm wide. Doc continued to say that's the biggest swollen up knee he's ever seen. I get to wear a compression sleeve/brace and hopefully the swelling will go down in about 3 months. No more opportunities to possibly infect the knee (i.e. draining) are warranted. It's an inconvenience and that's about it. They also offered some good advice to not kneel on that knee. Gee doc, I never thought of that.

    All in all, good news.

I do find it amusing as the puppy seems to jump on that knee like there's a target on it.
