    no, we don't have front plates. I am pissed they want you to pay extra, for having a DISABLED VETERAN plate, yet no extra charge for the basic handicap one.

    Upon further review, the flake at DMV misspoke on "classic plates"...that's all based off of CCCA standards which is only up to model year '48. What he meant to say was "vintage" plate, and it only has four slots for personalizing. Fvck.
