    We have a good stash.

Just me and the wife now so usually a 24 pack will get us by for a while. It was just bad timing that we were getting to the point where it was time to buy more right as this craziness happened.

You can bet going forward that there will always be a healthy supply in the basement somewhere. Probably wouldn?t be surprised to see some MRE?s down there too going forward. Just in case.

You in King County? The east of Seattle?
I'm not there. Just monitoring closely since I have family up there (Olympic Peninsula) and a desire to relocate closer to them. BiL is supposed to be 'permanently' stationed at Lewis-McChord, but that's probably on hold as the Army isn't permitting travel.

So far we have just over 9 inches of fresh wet snow. Guessing that we may get another 10 inches before it's over tomorrow. Curious what all of you are seeing?

I was prepared for it with fresh gas for the plow and snowthrower. On Tuesday I cut up a big pile of apple tree limbs and got it covered. And yesterday made a buying trip to town for more chain saw oils, foods and supplies to keep me busy on projects for a few weeks. It was my last planned trip to town and we are in protective isolation now. Unless I carried something home we will be okay for a few months.

Visibility is low, roads get worse the further South. I-25 closed around Castle Rock and South.

Now the power is out. Bummer, pretty rare for us. Hope it doesn't last long, don't want to have to drag out generator.

We were out getting groceries for people who can't, and stopped at Taco Star. Pretty sure our beef chimichangas are filled with corned beef. I'm not complaining though, it's pretty good.

It's a measure of the civility in this country that no ones seems to fear constantly pissing off the people who own lots of guns.
