A quick Public Service Announcement.

Don’t try dehydrating Ghost Peppers in a closed up house/kitchen...... Ventilate, ventilate ventilate...... Open windows and exhaust fan on. Plus a box fan in a window blowing out.
Just learned the hard way....
It feels like a half hour after having to pull your gas mask off in the chamber during Basic...... Those of you that had the pleasure, know the feeling.

I can imagine, this was just 5 peppers halved & seeded, then put in a multi counter top unit put on dehydrate and fan to circulate the air inside it.
I’m also natural open air drying the seeds to try and cultivate next growing season.
