I'm gettin' things in motion to start investigating some of these ongoing problems that I experience daily for years now.

My previous employer insurance wouldn't address it, but perhaps I can find some answers this time around.

    Default Boating Scam Alert!

An alert was sent out from one of the boat owner Facebook groups I monitor, just for this type of thing:

Boat ramp scam alert SW Florida
Two very sexy looking blonde girls come over to your truck while you are getting the boat out of the water.
They both start cleaning your boat with sponge and soapy water, with their tops almost falling out of their skimpy dresses! It is impossible not to look.
When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say no thanks and instead ask you for a ride to the 24 hour Racetrack a couple of miles down the road so they can get smokes and a cold drink.
You agree and they get in the backseat.
Then on the way, they pull their dresses down . Then one of them climbs over into the front seat and starts crawling all over you, while the other one steals your wallet.
I had my wallet stolen December 4th, 9th,10th, twice each on the 15th, 17th, 24th, and three times this morning!!
So tell your friends to be careful.

P.S. Walmart sells wallets for only $3

Gotta get coyote hunt set up. Glassed two groups this morning totalling at least seven critters within 800 yds of the back porch. Thinking could call in several in a morning with electronic call.

Set call out about 80 yds from house and shoot prone from the deck. Maybe even set a blind at edge of deck so could have some limited movement behind it.

Off to look at electronic calls.

I called in a coyote with my elk bugle the other day. It got me excited to try and call them in again. I can't afford an e-caller right now, so I was going to use my Bluetooth speaker and just play calls from that. Figured I can set it my little rabbit decoy, and cover the speaker with some tumbleweeds. I'll have to find out how far the Bluetooth will reach with no obstacles.

Good idea on the speaker. Would work good if I had decent cell service out here.

I downloaded a free app that has like 15 different distress/coyote calls. If it works in airplane mode I should be set; as I'll have service issues out there as well.

if you get a bluetooth speaker. cell service doesn't matter. It's a link between the bluetooth on the phone and speaker.

Cell service to connect to website to play calls. Haven't looked at download availability. If calls easy to download then easy peasy.

Several apps available. Easy peasy. May do a little testing this evening and tomorrow morning.
