Well if you feel like that again, I recommend fruit and Dark Chocolate almond milk. For some reason whenever I get sick, that is all I can hold down.That's the kind I always havenormally.. it's like a cloud. Right now it's a steel file.
On a side note. Pretty sure I've lost 9lbs.. I can now keep food down.
BRAT diet here I come! Oh.. and pedialyte is nasty.. even the grape flavor.

Milk is mucus and if you get sick by bacteria, it will make your tummy worse. That is why I said almond milk. No dairy. Tastes a lot better than regular chocolate milk too.

The gf made me some rice.. So much for keeping things down. Now she's teasing me that I don't like her cooking.. damn woman won't even let up when I'm bent over a toilet!
Ok let's see if I can continue the movie w/o anymore puking.
