    Being "in shape" is a relative term... I skate circles around people half my size playing hockey... I'm also willing to bet I work out and lift more than most of the people I work with who are "in shape"...

    I just like how you complained about 'body weight' exercises. If you can 'lift' heavy then you should certainly be able to accomplish more than one pull up, or you aren't working out how you should be.

    I gave up years ago trying to convince people of the benefits of being healthy. It doesn't just have to do w/ being in shape, but also what you put into your body. Lift all you want, then go eat at McD's. You aren't feeding your body right so you won't see real benefits from working out.

    meh , skinny , fat ..who cares (for the most part) . as long as someones life does not hinge on you being in shape then i say eat what you want and if you want to be heavy then be that that sh*t!

    very true lean machines dont eat nasty nasty food. although i give myself once a while to go off on a big mac.

    I didn't complain about them... I'm just saying... 100 pull ups for someone 150 pounds isn't as tough a task as 100 pull ups fo someone 275 pounds. If you want, we can strap enough weight to your skinny ass to make you 275 pounds... Then we can watch you do a CrossFit work out... Then ya know what... We'll all sit here and giggle as you fail to do it.

    I haven't had McD's in months, just about the same amount of time I haven't had soda... The last soda I had was 4 months and 10 days ago (I count).

    You need to get off your pedistal. Ask the last "crossfit guru" to come into the Sheriff's Office how being the "I'm in better shape than you" guy worked out for him...

    Ever seen a 180 pound "CrossFit" guy get tossed around by a 240 pound, 54 year old? It's not pretty...

    Dude came in talking shit about how great of shape he was in... Then told "The Old Man" that he needed to work off his tummy if he wanted to go out to patrol...

    Sadly for the kid... The Old Man is an international Judo champion... Was on several US Olympic Teams... And is more or less the biggest badass I've ever met...


    Talking shit about people when you don't know them never works out well... Hence, I don't do it.

    The Promanade in Westminster. I almost played at Edge... Answered a Craigs List ad a team posted looking for players...

    I looked up their stats... I had more points in 5 games than their leading scorer had all season... And the season was 22 games.

    i havent played at promenade yet but ive played pretty much every where else in den metro area. just doing drop in now cause my schedule wont allow me to play during the week it kinda sucks
