If you're looking for a good batch of Jambalaya and don't want to spend a bunch of time cooking, get a box of Zatarain's Jambalaya mix; add in a cut up, cooked chicken breast and at least half of a Hillshire Farm smoked sausage. Use beer instead of water, and then jazz it up with some Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning. Just watch how much Tony's you use, because that stuff has quite a bit of salt in it.

I'll have to look for the Tony's with no salt...I hate using stuff that has salt in it. I don't usually add salt to much of anything, and it usually doesn't need it.
