It's been draining today. I have another hour of work and then I get to go deal with a building inspector.

Yea I hear you,those inspectors can be brutal somtimes.The ones that never built anything are the worst-they think their some kind of super engineer or architect..

He walked in, looked at the water heater for two seconds, asked if I had carbon monoxide detectors and then left. It was rather pleasant.
