If not i might have to start to get into reloading... now the question is how do i reload? What do i need? Whats the best kit? What type of powder? Where is the best place to buy cheap supplys?

Thanks Ahead of Time.
This is my experience. Yours may vary. I really like my PTR 91 also. The loads I have arrived at, which you should work up to slowly, are RA cases from the 60's, CCI large rifle primers, 41.5 grains of H4895, and military FMJ bullets of choice. You can use the more expensive target bullets if you wish in the 150 grain weight and this combination of components.

According to the folks at PTR91 dot com, the rifle will work perfectly well with commercial ammo, from 150 to 168 grains, but may not like the "light magnum" loads (whatever that is) or the low recoil loads.

The load I gave you above will work very well in your rifle, and it is a duplicate of the velocities I get with either Radway Green or the South African surplus that *used to be* available.

Have fun!~
