Perhaps I'll post a pic of one of the young punks here in FC.
When he's not wearing a kilt, it's full black punk outfit including the buttflap with punk rock logos, and covered with pyramid studs.
And when he's not wearing either of those, it's a woman's skirt with brightly colored tights & go-go boots.

Although he's a rather strange guy, with his tattoos he doesn't give the gay vibe but for someone that wacky I'm not going to bet one way or the other.

CCW should be pretty easy with one of those utilikilts, specially the survival one I'm thinking about.

Heck, the size those pockets are, I could cram a pair of G21s in and nobody would notice.

I don't remember if it was the UK or maybe the Amerikilt, but one of the modern kiltmakers offers a CCW pocket sewn in. I have a feeling the garment is very CC-friendly.
