Fulton Armory M14 Super Scout

I know what I'm getting for my birthday........ :P

Went up to Jensen's new store today, it's pretty sweet.
I told my wife we could get air conditioning if I got a new Fulton Armory M14 (to match my springfield armory M1A that she swiped)

So, we put our name on the list, no call for a while figure we'll go up and see the new store. They are still somewhat chaotic, but there on the counter is a FA M14 Super Scout. Actually 2, one with a Smith Vortex FH and one with a regular FH and some other minor differences (nothing major that i could see)

Anyway, they are both scouts, 18 inch barrels instead of the usual 21. This is a sweet length, you get good velocity, but it's MUCH handier and better balanced. The top of the barrel is a full length pictianny (sic?) rail, that looks built in, rather than somewhat added on the Springfield version. Anyway, it's sweet, got a sweet trigger and a Fulton receiver, we bought it, I just can't unwrap it til Friday. :cry:
