I can say that the one I have will put you on your ass in the street about as fast as the one pictured.
I make it a point to avoid hugging other people's wives, but I can probably help you with the insurance.

You uploading it in to your new drone?

Oh man, don't even get me started on buying a drone. I was looking into that as well. I'm going in so many directions right now that I'm probably not even going to bother with drone stuff for now. My current company is trying to corner the market in their field with drones, and I'll let them. I kind of want one anyway though.

Picked up one of these today from a pawn shop for $155 out the door:

Used, but in very good condition. Only thing I don't like is how heavy it is, but I suppose quality/not having it sway like crazy requires more material.

Is that the 27'? There is no getting away from the weight at that size, especially if it has something like a 300lb weight limit. 27' is very tall for a ladder that you can A-frame.

It's the 25'. Its step ladder max is like 15' and extension is 25'.

That ladder is much heavier than a 24' aluminum extension ladder, but is much more versatile. With it being shorter, it's easier to use around the house as well. If you're only going to own one ladder, it should be that one.

Yep. It's very versatile. Already put the smoke detector back up that I'd knocked down while playing ball in the house.
