It's a 3-4 hr drive RT to the valley (phoenix) and back. Like driving from my old place to denver, just way less traffic, for now. I'll probably grill a few. But to get that "east coast" experience they have to be boiled, then sit there all day in warm water.
Thinking if i can find some homeless person to serve one or two with red onions from a cart. For that real NYC deja vu .

I forgot.... they also sell Coney Island style Knish's. OY VEY!

The ZT0350 I bought the other day needed some help on the blade and my wider sharpening stone made getting an edge on the recurve blade somewhat difficult, enter the worksharp pocket knife sharpener.
