I like cauliflower just fine. But not in a pizza crust. I want all the carbs and glutens I can get in my pizza crust. And I'll take my cauliflower steamed or roasted with plenty of garlic and lots of butter.

We like cauliflower and Mrs. Hummer makes a delicious cauliflower soup. Kinda like potato soup but better.
They're okay. Not a fresh made crust but it's more about the toppings anyway, right?
