Alumahyde sounds like a good idea. I would try home adonization, but I've been banned from inside-the-house gunsmithing since the home parkerization debacle of '05.

I like the way you operate.

I rebuilt my 48 indian in our first studio apt. The 66 electraglide, i did in an upstairs 1 bd rm apt.
Rode it as a rolling chassis, with the trans mounted, down the stairs. Had it setup on a metal milk crate, in the living room. Damn, the 70's were a fun time. In this day and age, , it's lead paint this, inhalation exposure that. YOU'LL GET OIL ON THE CARPET! ! !

Also, Jim and my mother will be pleased to know I finally bought a new phone that doesn't randomly delete texts and die after 40 minutes. And also some new aluminum Tripp base plates. Anybody know how well Cerakote sticks to aluminum?

Don't really have a photo, but went to Shamrock today, got 30lbs of breaded chicken tenders, 20lb of frozen chicken breast, 60lb of 81/19 ground Angus, some coffee syrup, and a spatula for $123

Thanks man. I'm coming from a GMG DB WiFi that served me well for years. I debated an RT-700 but I just couldn't justify the size as I don't really need the need the square footage. This is a significant upgrade from the GMG if it cooks half as good as it's built. Assembling it I was able to get up close and personal and this thing is a tank! Can't wait to start cranking out some 'que on this bad boy!

I've always been a fan of Nikon cameras...until I bought a P610. The zoom is awesome, but the AF sucks. Read/watched great reviews of the Panasonic Lumix FZ1000. It was first introduced about 6 years ago and still receives great reviews. Black Friday special on Amazon and I couldn't resist.

I'm anxious to take it out and play with it. The camera... But gotta wait for the batteries to charge. Maybe tomorrow.
