Picked up a Phlster Pro for the G48. After suffering through a Tucson summer dressing around the gun, I?ll be going back to AIWB and T-shirts. Also ordered a clip from VDevgru and they hooked it up with swag, including a pocket constitution!

    A few little nuggets.

Troy HK sight set, another CTR, 3 crunchy butt pads, 2 MOE grips,

Another Larue LT-104, not sure if I'll ever see it. Larue showed nothing about a backorder until checkout was completed.

Not a recent purchase but interesting anyway. Got this in a box from FIL when he passed away.

Wish I could buy it for listed price today.

That's in the front yard, and after I replaced that valve, the connection on the backflow valve blew up. Now I get to dig it up again.

I recently had my water heater replaced. While replacing it $1800 bill, he told me my water shut off valve was not working correctly, and he would have to call Aurora water to turn off the water from the street.

How often do these blue water shut-off valves fail? It would seem to me like they are close to never fail?

    Or, no.

Why couldn't he have just turned the water off from the street? Maybe not every house has an access like they all do in my neighborhood.

I'm in a condominium, so I think it gets a lot more complex about where to shut off the water.

But I do have a Blue Valve, very similar to what was posted above, which I have been told is my water turn off.

The guy told me that it has failed... but I don't believe him.

How often do these valves fail?

I couldn't tell you the frequency, but it's not uncommon to have a valve fail, especially if it's a turn style like a hose spigot. I believe the simple 90 degree turn ball vales are the most robust.
