    Makes sense.

Totally get it, I may switch most of the 5.56 stuff to Q Cherry Bomb pattern, seems to be cheaper more adapter mounts and people give them good thumbs up.

Dead Air's Keymo is very exspensive.

A good buddy of mine had a really difficult time taking the cherry bomb of since there isn’t a flat for a wrench. He removed all of them after that, he found a guy who makes a cherry bomb with a wrench flat so it’s easier to install and remove

Sorry, back to the pictures! New SOLGW 12.5 upper, new T1C holster, RNVG, and tarsier eclipse

When my AAC cans get converted at ECCO, I'm going all in on Dead Air Xeno.

Those cheap YHM cans have piqued my interest.

when did you get on the list? Also what did they say was the wait time? I'm about 3-4 months before they do the work. Are they that busy?

A new to me setup. Found the M&P 2.0 at a local pawn shop for a great deal, the Venom came with a package deal on another pistol and the Dove tail mount is from Amazon.

Funny, I just got two of these after reviewing a slew of reviews both print and video.

Reason for me, I use Ballistic Advantage Hanson profile barrels and not easy to swap out to an adjustable gas block. Both my ARs 14 & 16" are over gassed, ejecting 2-230, painfully so to my face. Tried to play with heavier buffers which helped with ejection but the gas to the face was not going to tolerate.

I tested the 14" and got to say it worked....... to a point. This is weird; with Frontier .223 55 grain ammo, unsuppressed perfect, 3-330 ejection. CAN on, turned all the way to suppressed mode (#4), "PERFECT!" No gas to the face ejected 3-330. 4.0oz buffer

I then tested with supposed to be stronger loads, Frontier 62gr 5.56 unsuppressed again perfect ejection, with CAN on, same full suppressed position (#4) would not push the BCG back enough to cycle fully. I had to use position 2, about 40 rounds of the stuff. Maybe I am stupid to think 5.56 is supposed to be loaded hotter?!?

I have some other 62gr 5.56 stuff that I didnt bring with me to at the time, so will see if it works next trip.

Overall happy with the Carrier, now I got to try the 16"

Good to hear. Are you left handed? My primary has a yhm flip sight gas block, I could change it, but don't want to, I like it.

I'm also left handed so gas is my biggest worry as I'm gonna start suppressing all the things. Everything I read said these work great for that.

Plus the fact that I can quickly adjust on the fly and shouldnt have to mess with changing buffer weights just tickles me pink. I can't wait to get this out and try it with different combinations

I got to play with it again on the range. Found that various ammo may not yield full strength for cycling with a CAN on on the full #4 suppressed mode, SO having the ability to adjust in seconds with BCG (4 positions) instead of the GAS block is a huge benefit.

Gas to the face when adjust was non existent; however, the gas is still coming out the port? Guess you just need to try for yourself. The Carrier itself after a 100 rnds was a simple wipe down, I noticed shooting suppressed, that is it dirtier anyway, must be that back pressure thing.

Thank you for the info! Sounds like I made a wise purchase. Now I need to get off my butt and get to the range.
