What kind of smoker and what variety of wood are you using? Are you using the 3-2-1 method?

a charbroil with a smoke box on the side, I used hickory on todays batch, nope on the method I just flip them every 1-1.5 hrs for 5-6 hours and add the sauce on the last 1/2 hour.

Watching the UK season opener on DVR now. Hammond and The Stig are flogging the new Pagani Huayra, and they're doing rally jumps in a 205mph Bentley Continental Speed.

Last US show they beat up on a Toyota, Volvo, and a tub (Caprice I think). Yawn.

Yeah Top Gear US' biggest problem is that they are basically doing the things Top Gear UK did YEARS ago. We've already seen it done. We don't need to see it done again by a bunch of rednecks.

I love hickory for pork ribs. Now I'm hungry. I've got to fire up my Traeger this weekend. Hmmm...brisket or baby backs...?

Like most of our TV. British shows remade but not as well. The chemistry between the hosts for Top Gear UK is something you can't just replicate.
