Did they increase the sync speed?

yes....if its set to High Speed Receive mode (HSR) trigger at rates up to 14.5 fps at 1/250 - 1/500 sec....standard mode is like 12 fps......If I had another one, I can trigger a flash or camera up to 500 meters away

It will be a few weeks before I get out with it but I'll post something up. I have the same rifle in 204 Ruger as well, great shooter.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to get on their site and see if they sync at a true 1/1600th of a sec.

that's pretty high..........this is from specs on their site:

SYNC SPEED-
Up to 1/250 for focal plane shutters
Up to 1/500 for leaf shutters
