Too bad it wasn't made of the plastic that they used to make Saturn doors and bumpers out of... You could hit those with a baseball bat and they would just bounce back.

It was about the time I formed this thought I realized simultaneously that not only had he not seen me but was now accelerating. My first reaction was to throw it in reverse and get the hell out of the way which I did immediately & w/o thinking really. Before the truck accessed reverse he had accelerated right into me. My reaction time was probably a second or less once I realized he was backing out. He was pretty cool about it and knew he was completely in the wrong but it still doesn't make my truck any less smashed. I try to let people out when I see them even if I don't need the spot if I see them but in this case there wasn't any time. In this case it was him who never even bothered to look and now my truck is jacked up.

Nice truck, sucks that bone head crunched it. Not very big though.

My sister had that same car, but white and had the exact same thing happen. She was driving down a neighborhood street early morning right into the sun and there was a truck in a driveway that had a ladder sticking out the back into traffic. That ladder shattered her car from front to back.

The Saturn's loved to frag in cold weather, weren't really worth TF in the heat either.

My cousin had a hole in her Saturn after kid on a bike flew into her driver fender.
