Yeah, we have few orders from local pd, cannot go beyond the 2-3 items from distributors or direct Troy. Sucky!

Best bench I ever got was 255lb x 6. That was when I was lifting a lot more. Ive been out for 7 months and finally getting back into it. Hoping to be back up to par within 2 months.

That's really good. I usually do a warm up with 135lb x 20. After that I do a set at 225lbs x 20 (failure). The remaining four sets are 225lbs x 12. Five sets total.

    Last night was a little different as I wanted to go heavy (rarely do I go over 225lb as I just do more reps) so I did 135lb x 10, 225 x 10, 315 x 3 then finished with 365lbs x 3 (failure).

Only part he's leaving out of the story..........That 365 lbs was a drunk who slipped on the ice in his driveway.

I'm also asking he mods to move this over to the PWT where it belongs

Get your facts straight before you tell the story.... I was the drunk and the girl I took home from the bar was the 365lbs....
