    I have one of them and it is comparable to the factory barrel. Cheaper and easier than getting the original one threaded.

    A pottery wheel and kiln for Mrs. Hummer's burgeoning clay art endeavor. Actually a whole pottery studio, about $6K worth of stuff for ~25% of new cost thanks to Craigslist. I built the mobile base so we can move it away from the shop wall for firing, and added a downdraft vent system to pull gasses out of the building. The first firing is next weekend....

    I've named the kiln, R2D2.

    I thought you were going to be chasing storms with that thing. Dorothy seems to suit it better.
