Not my latest purchase, but with all the talk about pups on here, I thought I should share. This is Ranger:

He is mostly black lab, and (we think) some blue heeler and maybe a tiny bit of collie somewhere in his bloodline. He is super playful, but when he gets really excited he pees, so every day when I get home from work, I have to go around the back of the house and meet him in the grass out back so we don't have to keep cleaning the carpet in the house.
We got him from the Colorado Canine Rescue 2 months ago and he is currently 6 months old. He was at a shelter in NM, but they were going to put him down because they were overpopulated, so CCR brought him up here, and we adopted him from them. This picture was taken 2 weeks ago at the Dillon Reservoir. Just for good measure, here's another picture of the reservoir from the Lilypad Lake trail:

Thats cool you were able to rescue him before he was put down. I think the next dog we get is going to be a rescue.

Nice! 29" is the way to go! I have a Specialized Hardrock 29 and I love it.

I am excited. I haven't ridden much in a long time, both my boys (11 and 14) now have mtn bikes and want me to ride with them more.

    ^^ wow!

One of our Terriers, Lola, was on death row in NM and was due to be euthanized in about an hour when we got the call on her.

It sickens me that happens to so many good animals.
