I started with a E2 rifle kit 20" barrel Model it includes every thing you need to finish the complete rifle except the lower reciver but has all the parts to go into a lower reciver . The trigger, hammer, all the pins and springs etc, its all there. But you must find a lower reciver The Part with the serial nunber thats rgestered to you. This must come from a FFL dealer he can order it for you and pit it in your name when it arrives. For my lower reciver I picked one from Essential Arms Co. in Louisiana they are the MFG of the forged lower reciver they make other AR-15 parts also Goto there web site. you will see they have Stripped lower recivers " Thats what you will need" for $77.00 Plus $11.00 shipping to your FFL dealer You can order them in gray ,green, or black and for a extra $3.00 get some thing called tough coat in the same colors I optd for the black tough coat just to try it! Now your FFl dealer will charge you a small fee for running the sripped lower reciver for you thu his books thats normal around here its around $25.00 For my E2 rifle kit I ordred one from Sherluk Marketing as they have been going to all the local (PGH<PA) gun shows for years and have nice parts The E2 rifle kit came with a fuly asembled upper reciver assembly with all the internal pieces < Bolt < carrier. ready to go all other needed parts for $424.95 Plus $11.59 shipping to my door Adult sig required.
