Guess that might be why I said majority.. dunno, I was several beers into the night. My rational was that there are some good For Sale rules out there that help keep the liability to all involved down. So maybe I should just say.. the better rules, as deemed appropriate by our site admins?

Hope I didn't come off as trying to crap on your last past, bro. I wasn't trying to be that way at all. I just would HATE to see this forum (or any good forum) turn into ARFCOM.

You know, maybe in ARFCOM's defense they have to enforce that way because they have SO much traffic? I dunno, I'm just trying to figure it out.

Bah, re-read it and am realizing I'm grouchy this morning. Sorry for being snippy..

But the fact remains that looking the experiences that generated such rules on sites with 2+ million posts isn't a bad thing, just taking what you need and leave the rest..

I would like to see prices not get edited out when an item is sold as well

Should we delete the ad if it sells on another website?

that would be nice to be able to change the title of the ad. (ie: I post smthng for sale - "Ar15 low rounds count - $850" and after I sell it I'd like to be able to make it look like this -- "SOLD--Ar15 low rounds count - $850--SOLD") so people will not have to open the thread to see that it's sold.

'couse now even if I change the title it doesn't work, well, it might be just me...

Right people, due to most of you posting pictures at some point I just thought I would remind you all that if you post pictures that are too big, the page layout is messed up for everyone. Therefore, PLEASE keep your pictures down to a maximum of 500 pixels wide.

This only applies to low quality web browsers that don't auto resize pictures though.
