    Why yes you can, thanks. I'm very happy with the wood and the trigger pull. Hope it shoots as good as it looks.

    That brings back a lot of memories. I still remember the pain and bruises from "Present Arms!". Some guys tried to cheat and cut down the recoil springs to make it easier to lock open the bolt. It worked for some, but others went too far and cut too much. When we were marching you could hear their bolts flopping open with each step! [roll]
