    Default Wyoming Pronghorn

So I would like to get pronghorn hunting, but of course did not draw a tag - and do not know if I would have been succesful anyway.

If you know any good Pronghorn places in Wyoming, where OTC licenses are sold, please share it

I do not care about buck or doe, doe tag is probably alot easier to get ?

Today, right now, go to the WY G & F website and look for the leftover Antelope tags. There are a few left, very few. If you want to go hunting, you can. On the website, there will be a red asterisk next to those units that have limited public access. The only ones available are doe tags and, they are aways from CO...but they are available...unless they sold out.

They became available, at a reduced price, on 7/20, and they are selling like hotcakes.

I don't know about any good areas...but there are tons of antelope in WY and right now, beggars can't be choosers, you takes whats available ors youse stays behinds.

Can you get a tag for private property from that website?

I have guided for an outfitter in wyo. for the last 8 years. I can tell you a little bit about the antelope hunting. There was an awefull winter kill in wyo. last year on the antelope heard. There are left over tags right now but you must be carefull that they are not in areas where there is no public ground. alot of the areas are sucked up by outfitters, however there are tons of school section places to hunt. These are government land places and you can get a map in cheyenne that will show them all. you will have to do some homework but it will pay off, also the game and fish will supply you with a list of land owners in different areas that will allow access to their land. they may charge a small tresspass fee, but can be well worth it. the antelope numbers are way down this year, but you should still be able to hunt in the state. Good luck.

We're going to area 45-6. I've never hunted there before but my uncle tells me there's plenty of public land and tags. He did also tell me that for opening weekend you have to apply for some kind of pass for your vehicle. Sorry, don't know too much about that though.

Anyways, I know his whole group tags out the first day so good luck to you.
