    Default Paint Ball Gun

Yesterday my 17 year old son was walking home from school and to pick
up my Daughter from her school. As he was walking down the street some
kids in a car drove by and shot him in the arm with a paint ball gun. he said he has seen these guys at school before but does not know them,
now correct me if im wrong isnt shooting someone with a paint ball gun
    while driving a felony?

Shooting a person with a paintball gun, driving or otherwise, is a criminal offense. Felony? Yes! I've bonded a few of these dip****s. The charge is something like "Menacing (Felony) - with a real or simulated weapon" AND "Second Degree Assault" and usually a few others. This varies a bit from one jurisdiction to another. The one common factor is that it's a felony. They usually will make it an adult charge so it stays with juveniles that do it. It's becoming way too common and is VERY dangerous, so prosecutors are trying to make examples of these little buttmunches. I'd absolutely report it. Karl.
