Yup, if they can prove that you did it knowing the accusation was false, they can and will prosecute you. I bond people on false reporting charges quite often. A lot of them are domestic violence related. Get a whole bunch more related to meth addicts reporting ID theft and such related to stolen checks and ID's. Karl.

Exactly they don't prosecute anything if a women reports it!

Don't ask me how I know lets just say I speak from experience. Even the officers involved wanted her to get prosecuted for false reporting and the only thing that happened was I spent 2.5K on attorney fees and she walked.

The DA took me out of the court room into the hallway and apologized, shook my hand and dismissed the charges and the bitch walked and I was out 2.5k defending myself against BS charges.

This was not a sexual harassment charge or DV but it taught me a lesson that if you are a guy your SOL even though your innocent.

Wow that stinks that you cant even take her to civil court like judge judy and get the lawyer fees for false accusation back....


I guess i'll have to tell my freinds they were right and bite the bullet on this one... i guess it just isnt the america our fathers made it to be any more
