    As long as its not CONCEALED, I think you're fine.

    My understanding was that the 3.5" limit only applies to CONCEALED knives.

    I know. I just thought it was interesting that the LEO's we've talked to are more concerned about the blade-length than whether it's automatic.

    Is it a mistermeaner(sp) or a felony? What I'm getting at is how serious is it? Has anyone ever been prosecuted.

    I bet someone would call it "weapons related" or somehow make it a worse conviction than you'd otherwise expect.

    Auto's illegal? I asked the 3 cops I know (one's my brother) and they all said auto's are ok, if under 3.5". I guess if they are illegal, and the cops don't know that, then is must be ok to carry! [roll] Karl what's your phone number again? [poke]
