i think there's nothing wrong with the stock that comes with the 10/22
I like it but with all the new .22 tacitcal rifles now available I would say they are a better choice.
For a .22 stock, that's pretty cool. I only have one Ruger 10/22 with a telescoping stock and it's a fine rifle for plinking around. I would buy a 10/22 outfitted like this though, just for fun (they are cheap enough).

I have a problem with any conversion kit that would make me buy new and unique mags. That's a deal breaker. Otherwise it looks cool.
If it improves accuracy, great. If not, I'll pass.
It looks niftey, but promag's quality control is just scary.
