Default What do you think about this 10/22 stock?

It's a ProMag "Marauder" kit. I am thinking about sticking a 10/22 into one of these when I can find one. Just for a "something different" plinker.

I like it but with all the new .22 tacitcal rifles now available I would say they are a better choice.

For a .22 stock, that's pretty cool. I only have one Ruger 10/22 with a telescoping stock and it's a fine rifle for plinking around. I would buy a 10/22 outfitted like this though, just for fun (they are cheap enough).

I have a problem with any conversion kit that would make me buy new and unique mags. That's a deal breaker. Otherwise it looks cool.

If it improves accuracy, great. If not, I'll pass.

It looks niftey, but promag's quality control is just scary.
