The wife and I looked into buying this around the first of this year, paid 2000 dollars for an appriasal, etc
We made an offer for 310k, they turned us down
Now they want to auction it, for a reserve price of only 250k

we moved on with our life. We made an offer, we were ready to do a deal, they didn't want to deal. We said, this offer is good today, we will deal today adn come to an agreement, but after that, we're walking away and going in a different direction.
We did.
But, if anyone wants to go down that way, it's an interesting thing. Do your own research and all.
I've got the land appraisal and most of a business plan done. The numbers work, but not for the 500k they wanted.

really, it can be fixed, it just wasn't worth what they were asking and they weren't willing to deal at all.
Oh well, they could continue to lose money, didn't matter to us.
