    HunterCO,

Proof to your post: videotap of "hunters" found it's way to work today of fellow employees. If you call blowing out the side of a "loper" and letting it run for a good 200m with it's intestines hanging out of it's side "humane", I'm the Pope. 183 YD shot by Swarovski. The Barnes did it's job, the hunter did not.........

That is not what I am talking about..... I have shot many animals that ran great distances with a perfect shot. My first goat I shot with my 30-06 with a 165 grn. soft point she ran over 60 yrds with her lungs hanging out the exit wound. She was dead and just didn't know it.

I am talking about jerk offs that blow an animals face apart or a leg ect. Things that they will not die of in a short distance. These are things that they will die of in weeks not 200 yrds.

Intestines hanging out???? Glad I didn't have to gut it..... I have a strong stomach but it has its limits. Anybody I hunt with gut shoots one your on your own guting it other than that I will help you.

Hunter CO, this just proves my point..It appeared the round impacted about 6" from the hindquarters (intestines), and this particular yahoo thinks he is capable of a 500 yd. shot. Like I said, the Barnes caused so much damage, it basically bled to death (albeit quicky). I'm sorry, but if you make a sloppy shot at less than 200, you have no business even attempting 500, let alone 300. Explains the blown off jaw.....

Gotcha I misunderstood your point. I agree with you 100%
