Does anyone know of a group or range in Southern Colorado (Alamosa, Monte Vista) area that do some long distance shooting?

There's the NRA's Whittington Center in Raton, NM. They have a 1000 yard range. http://www.nrawc.org Don't know of any "groups", but there's bound to be.

The Ben Lomond Gun Club near Ramah has a 600 yard range, www.blgc.org . But that's not Southern CO.

I don't know of any groups that go there, but they have steel targets out to 1000+ yds

I grew up in the valley there are tons of places down there in the national forest to do long ranged shooting on blm and forest
