Would like to keep it around $100-200ish. Less if possible.
Kershaw Ken Onion runs $40-45. get the black blade with the ken onion logo filled in vs. the outlined one. they have a better "spring assist"Originally Posted by The1andOnlyKC
I have a CRKT M16-14 and love it. What Marlin said about the speed, is an understatement. I have a switchblade, two NATO issue stilettos, and a BaliSong Butterfly and none are anywhere near as fast.
It's a good size for me too. Heavy duty enough for most uses. I think retail is about $100.00 but I see them all the time for around $85.00. Karl.
I've gone through a lot of knives. I had a small Sebenza for a while.Originally Posted by Asha'man
I just don't see what all the fuss is about. It's a GREAT idea, but I just don't think they execute it especially well.
I think I prefer every other titanium frame-lock I've ever seen to the (small) Sebenza.

I gree, this is the knife that has helped me out of many situations, including th delivery of my daughter. My wife never rolls her eyes when I talk about knives anymore. :cool:Originally Posted by jim

The Buck Police Knife seems worth a look.

Personal preference. I used to buy a new knife every few months or so, but I haven't gotten a new one for almost four years since I've had the Sebenza. It just works perfectly for me.Originally Posted by michael_aos
I know what you mean. Most of my knives are from years ago. I carried that Buck Mayo for over 3yrs.Originally Posted by Asha'man

Stumbled across the Benchmade 635-60 while looking for the BM 555.
Since I was ordering the 555 anyway, I went ahead and bought the regular 635 (the 635-60 is too expensive).
Otherwise I'd still be carrying the Buck Mayo TnT.
