Is hunting from your porch legal in CO?

Long as your projectile stays within your propety, however recovery of animal may be difficult if it expires on someone elses prop.
My old time gunsmith may he RIP, lived at the end of the road in the Mt Evans wilderness, hunted from his porch every year.

Yes. My dad wanted to but only has about 2 acres so rather than worry about it ending up on someone else's lawn and having to beg forgiveness, he nicely asked the land owners around him and they were all cool with it. Turns our every time elk were in site his phone was off the hook with neighbors letting him know they were coming.
