"Legal Heat" Android Ap

Does anyone know how reliable the Legal Heat Ap is? It costs about $10.00 and is supposed to give up-to-date info on laws of each state. My concern is always whether my information is up to the minute.

I have it for iPhone and it sure as hell wasn't 10 bucks. I cant tell you how up to date it is but every time I open it is asks ifs want to download new laws or regulations. So they are constantly making changes that's for sure.

The frequent updates you get are encouraging. When travelling to various states, it is difficult to be sure if you are legal in every detail. So many reference materials are in print form and, in general, the Internet is frequently unreliable.
