I have been working on this knife and sheath for the last couple weeks. It has taken me most of the last two days to put the sheath together, but I was able to incorporate a sharpener, ferrous rod and small altoid tin for a survival kit. The knife is a copy of the Tracker, made with D2 tool steel. I like the blade, but overall I'm not too sure yet. It chops great and works as it should, but I am used to traditional blades. I don't care for the saw too much. I have chopped several 4-5" trees and branches, and made a long bow with arrows using only the knife. A lot of the trees and branches were pinon and elm trees. A little time to resharpen and it is back to a shaving edge.รข€‹
I actually kind of like the look of that blade. How thick is it?
It is 1/4" thick. The blade is about 2" wide at the widest point. I am tempted to grind down the saw on the back some. I still need to off set the teeth a little as well. This is the problem with buying a blank. I hope my new furnace will be completed soon so I can start tempering my own again. Sending blades off just gets too expensive when it is only one or two at a time.

How much does it weigh?
I'd say total weight is just under two pounds. The knife itself weighs about 18-20 ounces. I don't have a scale I can use right now, but Ill try and remember when I get home.
Looks pretty well done.

Are you using a coal or gas forge? I have my coal forge, but it is not set up at the new house yet, and I haven't moved the big bucket of coal for it yet. The forge I am having built now is 4x4x16 inches, so it should do most of the work I am planning. I still have to build a pole barn to put it in, as I don't have a shop or garage to work in at the new house.
I've got a kiln and have always wondered if I could use it to temper a blade.
