    Default Noticed on the blotter today...

    Incident Date December 2, 2006 Time 6:12:00 PM Division Stetson Hills Shift II
    Title Other Location 6070 Prairie Hills View #205
    Summary Officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Upon arrival, Officers contacted a male who had accidentally shot himself with a .22 caliber pistol in the calf area of his leg. The male stated he had just finished cleaning the gun and after placing a magazine in the gun, the gun discharged, hitting him in his leg. The male was transported to Memorial Hospital for non life threatening injuries.

    Title Other Location 1424 Flycatcher Ln.
    Summary On the above date and time officers from the Sand Creek Division were dispatched to the above address in regards to the discharge of a firearm. Upon arrival on scene officers discovered that the 20 year old victim had accidentally discharged a 45 Cal semi-automatic pistol striking himself in the right leg just above the knee. The victim was transported to Memo Hospital and was being treated for his injury at the writing of this ETACS.

    I wonder which one hurts the worst today. I think the odds favor the .45 above the knee. [abused]

    That's exactly what happened. If you hear a loud noise and your leg hurts, it was loaded.

    Was the the only one in the room professional enough, though?
