Default The after the election legislation has started

    Basically the after
    the election legislation has started.

One of the new govenor's high priority projects has been introduces as
SB07-034. It modifies CCW legislation so that reciprocity will only
be valid for residents of the state that issued the permit. This
means that folks here that carry on permits from other states (most of
my friends are either Utah or Florida) will need other options.

    Yup,
Dems are already starting. BUT, here is a blurb from my RMGO update.
"On a brighter note, State Rep. Cory Gardner and Sen. Ted Harvey are sponsors of the "Stand Your Ground" bill, which would strengthen Colorado's Make My Day law.

If you want to track legislation, simply go to our 2007 Billwatch page at:

If you guys aren't already members, go to the RMGO web page and join. Dudley is a really good guy too, I've talked with him on a couple of occasions.

Hey PPP, I have a copy of that book coming too.
    Shhhh, be vewwy vewwy quiet.
    I'm hunting papers, huhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhuh.
Burnt gun powder relaxes me....... I like being relaxed.

Ritter will veto that bill if it passes - which it won't. As a DA he opposed the original "Make my Day" law.

Dudley is a nice guy alright, but sometimes it seems that he spends as much time bagging on the NRA as he does fighting the gun grabbers. While I agree that the NRA deserves most, if not all of his ire, it serves little purpose to argue amongst ourselves on this matter while the Dems are fixing to burn Rome.

    Folks, we're screwed.

    Or Wyoming.

Personally, I'd prefer WY to AK any day.

Who would we contact if we were to "remind" our elected officials who they really represent? I've actually never done anything like that before, so I don't know where to start.
