Thumbs up 10/22 BX-25 Mag Loader

Loading 10/22 mags is slow and a PITA, especially the BX-25's. Today I got one of these bad boys:

The Shooters Ridge 10/22 Ruger Magazine Loader. Only $26.50 shipped from Amazon. Once I played around with it for a few minutes, I was loading them with ease in no time. Just manually load one round in the magazine first and the rest load effortlessly with the loader. I also found that marking the track where 23-24 rounds lined up made it easy to avoid trying to overload them. The only concern I have is the all plastic construction. Only time will tell how well it holds up to repeated use.

Still, worth checking out for sure!

Crawled out from under my rock.

I've had one of these (in black) for years and still going strong.

The biggest enemy of the plastic used in items like this are the sun/ UV rays

I'm thinking of bringing the Takedown to Bob's range on Sunday if anybody wants to see it in action loading up my BX-25's.
