Roger does exist...if you believe he does.
He's like Santa Claus...or the Easter Bunny. If you believe hard enough, then he'll come around. You'll see.
But you have to BELIEVE there really is a Roger, first!
I believe. I've seen him. Not just once, either.
He is like the elusive elk...the wiley wapiti...the ghost of the woods. If you blink, you'll miss him.
I suspect he'll be here, soon enough. Be ever vigilant. You'll see.
