Default Our neighbor Kansas will be shall issue as of 01/01/07

SB418 was vetoed by the comi Kansas governor. The senate voted to over ride the veto on monday. The house voted to over ride her veto today.

As of 01/01/07 Kansas will be shall issue and will also honor CO permits.

No more disarming at the state line each year when I go back to visit family and pheasant hunt.

Sweet! I've been boycotting drives through Kansas to visit the wife's family in Oklahoma. It looks like the quickest route will be available to me again next year.

Sweet, just wish the new law took effect sooner. I gotta go visit one of my wayward children in Kansas City within the next few months. Having a gun is REQUIRED on visits to MY wayward children.  Karl.

The Ks law only took us ten years and a veto override to get, we thought we were close several times but the KC liberals kept screwing it. Now as soon as the AG gets his HOHA and finalizes the training requirements things will be jake

Here is KS ccw law I have not read through it completely just kinda browsed it over. They have a ton of restrictions. You need Adobe reader to view it.
