I talked to Bob on Sunday. For now everything will be ok. He had a long, positive discussion with the new owners. They thought Bob and his guests were a bunch of "bubbas" and a potential liability. I think Bob eased their mind on that. lol

So for now, it looks good. I wouldn't worry about it too much after talking to Bob.

Next time you are out there sign up on his email list and he sends out an email once a week notifying everyone when he will be there.
