This one happened about 2-3 months ago.
Leaving the house at 7:30 am the sun is blinding. As I approached the red light by my house I could not tell if it was green or red. Once I could make it out, I proceeded to complete a right turn. Some genius making a left from the other side of the intersection almost hits my car. I honked the horn and raised both hands, as if to say what the f@#$. He then starts to tailgate for atleast two miles. When I Pull into the local 7-11 he pulls his car directly behind mine. I assessed the situation and proceed to retrieve my Glock 32-c from the door panel. Upon leaving the store with my freshly purchased coffee, this guy jumps out with a baseball bat and starts to approach. I let him get about 7' away and reached for the Glock. It was at this point I realized the store parking lot was full of innocent bysatnders. Not wanting to shoot this person I assumed my defensive position and communicated my intentions if he did not comply with my warnings to return to his vehicle an leave the area. After what seemed like forever he finally saw that I wasn't playing around and left. After the guy left the store I sat in my car for a few minutes waited for the rush to pass. At least 3 people came up over to check on me including a retired sherriff's deputy, Who was impressed by the fact I never spilled my coffee.
