Another +1 for BluCore. I bought a handgun from them in January when we were really in the Panic time and I felt a bit rushed - but there were a million people in the store oogling the guns and not having any interest in buying. I went back again this week and they were super friendly and guys at the range were excellent again. I would go back for another purchase.

Was shopping for a Streamlight TLR-1S and found one for about $105 on Amazon. Before I ordered it up I figured I'd give BluCore a call as they are just down the street and I'd pay $5-$10 more if I could have it now instead of having to wait for one to be shipped. $198 was their price!!!!!! I love their range even though it too is a little pricey but over double the price when tax would have been included for the same friggen item!!! SMH, guess you can get away with these things when probably 1/2 your customer base is ignorant and doesn't know what they are shopping for.

Or trying to pay the rent/insurance/maint. on a range and salaries. <- adds up, tough to make ends meet.

    Just my opinion though.

Competition rules the marketplace. Everyone's threshold for paying more to support one business over another is different. I spent $230 there today, knowing I could get cheaper online but I wanted it now.

Purchased a Sig716 Friday. With Blucores anniversary discount and membership discount. Out the door a little above 1,700. Very attentive to the customer. They are getting better with time regarding customer service.

Now I need to choose an optic. They carry Trijicon, Leopold, and night force.

    Stevensje,
check out the Browe BCO optic they have. Outstanding product. I got one after trying out a trijicon, aimpoint, and eotech.

Thanks for the advice! I will look at it next week when I'm in.
