    Default Save the 2nd

There's an organization looking to make a cross-country statement.

I think we should all try to participate in this one to make sure that our voices are heard.

That will be the first time I've been "downtown" in YEARS.

Anyone know where can you park close to the capitol???

We only have 14 months to find a parking space, we better hurry.

You don't have to be 21 to own a handgun much less open carry one. Do not bring any so called assault rifles that is a whole other issue and I don't feel like getting into it. I think I could win but don't wish to deal with it at this point.

Carry a handgun period and leave it at that.

So I can open carry a handgun at the age of 19?? (I know I can own handguns, just cant buy em from ffls... I thought I was just not allowed to take my guns out of my house untill I'm 21) I thought I'd need to be 21 or have some sort of guardian over 21 with me in order to do so... In that case I'll bring my handgun.

Does this mean that I could pretty much open carry by myself anywhere in colorado? Do you guys advise it for regular day stuff, will cops harass me for no reason etc?

    Thanks for the info.

Don't hijack the thread if you wish to know the legalities of open carry start another thread. This thread is about a rally at the capitol.

I'm all for the rally, but I think we need to do a few things first. Like have a few of us with video cameras to document if we get harrassed.

Nothing like a video to show who was doing what, if the anti's give us $hit.
