I'm suprised to hear about the Antelope in Wyoming, I thought as long as you applied you got your tag.
I applied for myself and my son west of Wheatland and we both recieved tags.
    Where are you guys looking?

Excellent! Got on this morning and got a couple of leftover tags. I stopped into game and fish last week and it sounds like something got messed up with my original app to keep me from drawing the first time around.

Anyway, Im set for October. Tags went fast for our unit, almost 40 tags leftover were gone in less than 10 minuets.

Out of 202 -6 tags in my unit, 1 is left. I got two and will be hunting this fall for the first time in nearly 40 years.

I hunted deer with my dad as a kid in Alabama, but never with any success. Didn’t have the opportunity or desire to hunt much after that, but after moving to Colorado I’ve developed a new group of friends who are married to my wife’s friends. They all hunt, and this year I’ve decided that it’s time again. Still looking for a place to shoot birds, but I’m sure that someone in my group has a place.

Plus, antelopes are a good way to get back into big game. I always felt that hunting meant getting up early and being cold all day, and I had enough of that in the Army. Don’t have that problem with speedgoats.
